Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in the condition as received , unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and reason for requesting a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at (pending email ) If your return is accepted, you be sent a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items retured without an official return request will not be accepted.

Damages

Please inspect your order once you have received it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Sale Items or gift cards cannot be returned

Exchanges

Due to COVID 19 we cannot accept returned or offer exchanges at this time .
